Dr. Blake will meet you right where you are...

If you’re here, there’s a good chance something in your life feels heavy, uncertain, or off course. You may be living with anxiety, emotional pain, or the impact of a chronic illness. You might feel disconnected from yourself, exhausted from trying to hold everything together, or unsure how to move forward — even if you can’t fully put it into words yet.

Many people come to this work after carrying things on their own for a long time. Not because they are broken, but because life can change us in ways that require support, reflection, and care. You don’t need to have clarity, motivation, or a plan to begin. You simply need a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and take the next step at a pace that honors your nervous system alone.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing and growth are not one-size-fits-all. What helps one person may not help another — and forcing a path before you’re ready can create more overwhelm. Instead, I offer a calm, structured, and compassionate space to explore what’s happening in your life and what support would be most helpful right now.

I draw from evidence-based therapeutic methods and a mind-body-spirit perspective, shaped by both professional training and lived experience. Together, we focus on understanding patterns, easing emotional and physical stress, and supporting meaningful change that feels grounded and sustainable — not rushed or forced.

If and when it feels appropriate, there are different ways to engage in this work, including one-on-one therapy, educational resources, and reflective materials. We can determine what fits best together, without pressure to choose or commit before you’re ready.

If you’d like to take a next step, you’re welcome to reach out through the Contact Form. This helps me understand what you’re navigating so we can explore whether this feels like a good fit. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too. You’re allowed to move at your own pace — and you don’t have to do it alone.
Safe. Grounded. Effective.
Therapy here is designed to feel steady, supportive, and grounded. Many people come to this work feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, which is why I prioritize creating a clear, structured container that helps clients feel held rather than rushed or pushed.
My approach integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with mind-body and nervous-system–informed care. Together, we focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface — emotionally, physically, and relationally — while moving at a pace that respects your capacity and lived experience.
Sessions are collaborative and intentional. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know where the work will lead. The structure is there to support clarity, reduce overwhelm, and allow meaningful change to unfold in a way that feels sustainable rather than forced.
